Salimah Dhanani is a pediatrician and a writer. Born and raised in Pakistan, she graduated from The Aga Khan Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. Fourteen years ago, she came to the Unites States for her post-graduate medical training at the West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. She is now settled in upstate New York with her husband and two daughters. Here, she supervises and teaches residents and medical students in the field of pediatrics. This is her first novel.
